Shipping Policy

At Chantek, we aim to process and ship your order as smoothly as possible.

Orders will be processed within 2–4 working days after payment is successfully completed.
Orders are processed during our working hours:
Monday – Saturday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Sunday & Public Holidays: Closed
Please note that orders placed after working hours, on Sundays, or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
During new launches, festive seasons, or peak periods, order processing may take slightly longer.
We appreciate your kind understanding.
Once your order has been packed and shipped, tracking details will be sent to your registered email address. You may also log in to your account on our website to check your order status and tracking information, where applicable.

Same-day delivery may be arranged upon request, subject to availability and our team’s confirmation.
For same-day delivery, please WhatsApp us before placing your order or immediately after your order is placed.
Same-day delivery will be arranged via Lalamove or other available delivery service. Delivery charges will be borne by the customer and will depend on the delivery location.

We currently ship within Malaysia.

West Malaysia: RM8
East Malaysia: RM15

Free shipping is available for orders above the following amount:
- West Malaysia: Free shipping with purchase of RM200 and above
- East Malaysia: Free shipping with purchase of RM300 and above
Estimated delivery time: 2–5 working days after dispatch, subject to courier arrangement, customs clearance, and any unexpected delays.

Shipping to Singapore is available via Aramex.

Shipping fee: RM25 for the first 1kg

Please note that any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges required by Singapore customs will be borne by the customer.

International shipping is available to selected countries.

Shipping fees will be calculated based on the delivery destination, parcel weight, and courier availability.

Please note that any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges required by the destination country will be borne by the customer.

Delivery time may vary depending on courier service, location, public holidays, or unexpected delays.
Once the parcel has been handed over to the courier, Chantek is not responsible for delays caused by the courier service.
However, our team will do our best to assist you with tracking enquiries.

Please ensure your name, contact number, and shipping address are correct before placing your order.
Chantek will not be responsible for failed delivery due to incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.
