Chantek Batik’s Made-to-Measure (MTM) service allows you to choose your preferred design and fabric, with minor adjustments based on our standard size chart.
Our MTM service is not a full custom measurement service.
Instead, customers may select the closest size from our standard size chart as a base, with selected adjustments available to improve the fit.
Each piece carries its own unique motif and character,
reflecting the beauty of traditional batik craftsmanship.

How It Works
1. Select Your Design
Choose your preferred design from our MTM collection.
Each design is created based on Chantek Batik’s signature cutting and silhouette, made to highlight the elegance of traditional batik in a refined and wearable way.
2. Choose Your Fabric
Select from our curated batik collection, or visit us in-store to explore more available options.
As each batik piece is handcrafted, fabric motifs and colours may vary, making every finished piece unique.
3. Select Your Size
Choose the closest size based on Chantek Batik’s standard size chart.
Our team will use the selected size as the base for your MTM piece.
4. Request Adjustments
Minor adjustments can be made with additional charges.
Available adjustment areas include:
- Bust
- Waist
- Hip
- Length adjustment within 1 inch
Please note that full custom measurements outside of our standard size chart are not available.
5. Confirm Order & Payment
Once your design, fabric, size, and adjustment details are confirmed, our team will proceed with order confirmation and payment.
Production will only begin after full confirmation and payment have been completed.
6. Production Process
Your piece will be handcrafted within the stated timeline.
As each MTM piece is made specially upon order, kindly allow our team the necessary time to prepare your batik piece with care.
Important Notes
- Our Made-to-Measure service is based on Chantek Batik’s standard size chart.
- Minor adjustments are available only for selected areas and may be subject to additional charges.
- Full custom measurements, major cutting changes, neckline changes, sleeve changes, or design modifications are not available under this service.
- Fabric selection is subject to availability.
- As batik is handmade, slight differences in motif placement and colour tone may occur. These natural variations are part of the beauty of handcrafted batik.
